Cantilevered over a sloping Adelaide Hills site with exposed off-form board-marked concrete, charred blackbutt cladding, and thermally broken floor-to-ceiling glass pavilions.

Book Private Site Appraisal →Most volume builders burden a site supervisor with 18–25 projects simultaneously. Our site managers never supervise more than three homes at any one time. Every detail receives daily direct inspection.
We spend up to 80 hours auditing structural engineering and architectural schedules before signing. Our contracts are completely open-book, fixed-price instruments with no nasty provisional sum traps.
From stonemasons who repoint 140-year-old heritage bluestone to formworkers executing 4-metre off-form board-marked concrete spans, our trade partners have worked with our studio for over a decade.
